He lives on the side of the tracks in a train tunnel, north of the train depot, that runs underneath Washington Street in Salem. He calls the tunnel his "house", He mentions "Star Crazies" who scribble strange symbols around town like the one in the tunnel, and who are dangerous. They are all "limey" blokes "fancy pants english boys" who like "beans and toast".
