Glenn Ghoulia is a ghoul in a fitted suit and paisley ascot, carrying a loot case. In 3.501: Under a Strange Sky he introduces himself to the party, says he is a ghoul who is perfectly harmless unless you are already dead, and is the one most eager to find a pub in Evanstone.

In 3.502: Monster Squad he and Major Baker's Cat haggle for rooms at the Stoneway Inn, pitching themselves as a traveling comedy and musical act with his trombone. He questions the innkeeper Shen about Mayor Warder Ebengard, catches a whiff of rotting death with his grave nose, and casts faerie fire when strange shapes close in on the party.

In 3.503: Polterheist he gives Tim bardic inspiration to pick the padlock on the gates of Ebengard Manor, plays the manor's piano forte, and fights one of the black stone creatures with his rapier and vicious mockery ("your mother was a hamster and your father smelled of elderberries").

In 3.504: Gleaming the Cube he casts Detect Magic as a ritual and finds the goggles, gauntlets, ring and mirror glowing, inspects the mirror and sees only his own reflection, and looks down the hole with his darkvision. He is lowered on a rope above the gelatinous cube and mocks it to death.

In 3.505: Lighting the Way he sees a woman banish three intruders with a burning symbol in the lantern's first window, then offers to compose a song about the mayor who "bravely turned his tail." Back at the inn he smells rot, tracks it to the storm cellar and finds the mayor's body. With his Psychic Feast ability he eats the mayor's brain and sees how Shen killed him. He is carrying the book in his bag and is on watch when it goes missing in the night. He then passes Bardic Inspiration to a friend on the run up the hill.

In 3.506: Brother's Keeper he is bitten down to five and then three hit points by a ghoul, drinks a healing potion that Tim hands him and casts Healing Word on the Cat. His Bardic Inspiration helps the Cat claw out a ghoul's eyes, and his Dissonant Whispers makes Shen roll a natural 1 and flee. He mocks Shen as a terrible innkeeper and gives his last inspiration die to Drandy.
