Necronomidog

Necronomidog (AKA Necronomidogavan)

Necronomidog makes a first appearance in The Radio Man 413: Your House and is followed up in The Radio Man 414: Delivery.

Whilst investigating the basement once more the Arkham boys hear a strange skittering noise from the first floor of Corbitt's House...is it a head beast, a rat or something more?

In the back dining room there is motion in the darkness, the flashlight beam falls on "something"

Its about the size of a dog, maybe a labrador, it is a combination of a dog and spider (or grasshopper). It has numerous legs, some canine, some something else. It has sharp fangs and it begin to growl. Its eyes light up from the flashlight (torch).

It is another creation of the Frankenstien of Arkham (Corbitt). It is incredibly fast as it races towards Tallahassee Turner and Dom Druncard.

They open fire on it, causing some damage, but it escapes, leaping over Tallahassee without injuring him. Dom intends to stab it but it scrambles out of the broken kitchen window into the rain, whimpering as it runs. Dom decides to follow it rather than shoot it and Tallahassee decides to do the same.

It leaps the back fence into the yard beyond. Dom retreats to the house but Tallahassee decides to jump the fences and follow the trail of blood. Hot Fuzz style. Tallahasee leaps the fence like a shining hero, his diamond skin reflecting a single beam of sunlight. Dom badly injured is unable to follow.

Screams lead Tallahassee to an adjoining house, where "the thing" has cornered a housewife. It is looking for a new exit. Net jokes ensue. Tallahassee's intention is to capture it so uses his bull whip to tangle up the dog thing. He is going to whip it "longways". As far as the housewife is concerned a man gloriously bursts in, diamond skin glimmering and says "Don't worry baby I got this". She will tell her children and children's children for five generations about the mysterious diamond man.

He captures it and he now has a spider dog, which he takes back to his house. Tallahassee finds an old dog kennel, tries to patch up its injuries and leaves it some food and water. He has always wanted a dog, and now he has one, he thinks its cute and loveable.

The name Necronomidog came about from the Patreon chat.

CURRENTLY

Necronomidog makes his next appearance in Blood Horn Blues 603: The Disembodied Artist as Tallahasee's companion. He has by now morphed into something less horrible and more dog like, but with spider legs and six tongues. He is heroic in the face of the Axe Man trying to protect Tallahasee and is injured again. Tallahasee takes him to the safe house where Necro and Devon Black are patched up, although Devon loses a hand and Necro loses another leg, and maybe a tongue.
