Played by: [[Alex Morrison]]

First appeared in: [[302: The Huggening]]

An old friend and ward of [[Tallahassee Turner]], who remembers him fondly as "my good friend Rondo" and as a young man who once wore a sombrero.

According to Tallahassee, Rondo helped him "a ton" when the two of them were stalking the Shadow Rider. Tallahassee thought he had lost him for good.

In [[302: The Huggening]] Tallahassee mistakes Levi, a member of [[Ike Watson's Gang]], for Rondo on the porch of the general store in New Salem and refuses to let go of him. The encounter exists only in Tallahassee's deluded mind.
